Cancellation policy

The package has a 3-month expiry date after using the first credit. After booking, you can block-book times for all of the credits in advance or just inform us before the session starts. You can reschedule flexibly on every Sunday or at least a week beforehand without charge.

For a single session, you can just check our availability and book it before the session starts.

In any cases of cancellation:

Cancellation with a 12-hr notice

A make - up class will be conducted as an online class only and within the same week if there is an available schedule.

Cancellation made less than 12-hr notice

It will be treated as an unauthorized absence with no make-up class available.

Cancellation by teacher

It will be set a make-up class at any time that is most convenient for student.
